Driven Piling - Precast

Driven precast concrete piles are a displacement piling method and thereby no pile soil is generated in the technique. This is often a significant benefit with no cost of removing spoil from site, which is particularly important on contaminated ground sites.

Hauraki Piling frequently installs driven concrete piles which are relatively long slender columns made of pre cast concrete and are installed by hammering, vibrating or pushing into the ground. This pile may be used for all types of structures and foundations including commercial and industrial buildings and other civil engineering applications from bridges to embankment support, power and transmission towers and rail related structures.

Precast piles offer the efficiency of a driven pile with economies of a factory produced product. A rigorous quality assurance program throughout the casting, driving and testing process ensures a consistently reliable product with high strength and durability.
